Big D's "Dop Wop Vault"

Dennis Marcucci started out doing talk radio in Philadelphia. He played his collection of group harmony between breaks. Soon Dennis discovered that he enjoyed playing rare cuts more than debating current events and politics and getting people angry.

So, Dennis left 1540-AM WURD and headed for 900-AM WNJC where he changed his identity to Big D and The Doo-Wop Vault made it's debut. Later on The Doo-Wop Vault would be picked up by 1390-AM WFBL. He also started a Podcast on the internet at doowopvault.com. (Note: This web site appears to be off-line.)
